Registration Still Open for ProWein 2015

European wine industry fanatics will have their fill of reds, whites and more this upcoming March.
International wine and spirits trade show Prowein will take place March 15-17, 2015, in Dusseldorf, Germany. The trade show will feature more than 400 events which will cover a range of topics relevant to today's wine and spirits world.
“Winegrowers present their wines and spirits with passion and competence, give expert lectures, allow an insight into the latest developments, organise informative talks and guided tastings (and) lead expert discussions and seminars,” the vent's website says.
The fair's wine offerings will be concentrated in the show's tasting area, where winners of the ProWein spring MUNDUS VINI tasting will be featured.
“This renowned wine prize is awarded by an international jury of oenologists, wine analysts, specialist retailers, sommeliers, restauranteurs and trade journalists,” the site says. “Awaiting visitors int eh tasting zone is a high-class selection of gold and silver medal winning wines from throughout the world.”
ProWein estimates more about 500 wines will be available for open tasting. Tastings will not be limited to the event's main tasting room, however. A series of halls in other parts of the trade show will feature wines from specific regions or countries.
