Fresh and polleny on the nose with a hint of jellied orange candy laid under the zesty ginseng edged apple and nectarine fruit here. Bright, fresh and sapid in the mouth with early flavors of lime and lemon frenching the palate before they gain apricot and green apple nuance on the backend. there’s a hint of spice here, something slightly bitter and the candied note from the nose returns on the palate but there’s so much acidity and freshness here that it adds welcome nuance. The finish is a bit on the short and simple side, with that slightly bitter apple seed nuance emerging to add a refreshing finale. Delicious. 87pts
