This wine has been aged in a combination of French and American oak. Expect copious layers of pear tinged fruit intermingled with mineral and vanilla undertones. The stone fruits will pair well with a simple herb-roasted chicken.

You'll notice ripe apples and a nose hinting of grapefruit zest combined with floral scents. The citrus / grapefruit flavor is more apparent in the mouth, but not overwhelming, with a touch of chalkiness and minerality. This wine holds a good body with some richness. It is dry with good acidity. This wine will pair well with fish, seafood, chicken... the usual suspects.

Dry red fruits such as raspberry, blackberry and cherry permeate with spice armoas. Works with salmon (consider a pesto / almond rub). A considerable amount of silky tannins add weight to the mid-palate.

This is a classic Pinot Gris featuring a round, soft structure with wonderful fruit to acid balance. Hints of tropical fruit, pear, melon, and apricot with a touch of roasted almonds. Expect this wine to pair nicely with seafood, light pastas and cheese-cracker combinations. Since this wine is fairly acidic itself, avoid pairing with foods that have high acid contents, like citrus fruits or tomato-based recipes.

This is a very dark wine with aromas of dark fruit - blackberries, dried cherries, and slight touches of vanilla with some hints of cassis and tanned leather. The tannins are light and acidity relatively low, which results in a medium bodied, well balanced, and very silky feel. Pair this food-friendly Cab veal or other simply-prepared meats.

Expect a crisp, clean, focused palate with beautiful aromatics of white peach, white flowers, citrus peel and more mineral. The palate is quite rich, expanding, viscus, yet fresh with vivid, needed acidity and beautiful balance. The fruit flavors are bright and racy yet ripe and generous, well rounded with excellent texture and length. It is delicious a day after it's first opened. Enjoy this wine with sauteed or fried fish.

Dark ripe fruit aromas are framed by a generous (but not dominant) splash of oak. Bright cherry and raspberry fruit is intermingled with coffee, mocha and vanilla notes. Hints of tobacco join the the mix on the silky, long finish.

Expect this wine to be crisp and dry with a superb balance of fruit and acidity. The wine is light bodied, dry, and of medium-high acidity. You'll taste a moderate intensity of lemon and green apple, which will finish fruity. This is a cocktail white for simple hors d'oeuvres, or serve with Thai-spiced treats.

Stone fruit flavors, such as apricots and peaches. Pairs with turkey or chicken (e.g., drier white meats) with herbs along with a side of wild rice. Because it is full-bodied and flavorful, this wine is also an excellent match for Mediterranean stews and food with heat (e.g., Thai curry or spicy Mexican dishes).
