    Quite spicy, has a deal of acidity to it. Definite pepper taste. When swiriling in the glass, this wine exhibits legs and has pronounced tannin. Overall I really enjoyed this wine.

    Deep purple color, slight alcohol taste. "Fairly light for a shiraz." Medium dry to off dry. Slight oakyness. A medium + in amount of time it lingers

    Absolutely loved this sweet desert wine. Paired it with bleu cheese and chocolate to balance out the sweetness of the wine. By far one of the best pairings I have ever had.
