I like all red wines ,chilled.This wine'Castello Monaci Liante Salice Salentino DOC 2006 I found,taste wise extremely, pleasing and gratifying. Does chilling do something to make them all satisfying?How can a wine be considered Snoothrank 4 "scents of burnt rubber and dirt on yhe bottom of ones boots"
