Welcome to my store. I've been selling wine for nearly 20 years and people come to me for two reasons: they trust my taste in wine and they trust my committment to great prices. I don't try to provide the largest selection. Instead I carefully select each wine I sell, searching for great wines in every price range, and I negotiate the best prices available which I pass on to you. Please come by the store or call (760-674-0305). I recommend each wine I sell and my customers are continually surprised by the quality of wine they get for so little cost. We take Mastercard and Visa. — Dan Sullivan – Description from dvoristanac

  • Made a trip to Pahrump Nevada today to play a round of golf with my friends at Mountain Falls GC. Amazing course! Rated #1 in Nevada and the #7 public course in America. • Last night got a little serious. Started out simply enough with just me and a regional development consultant at a local bistro, catching up while sharing a range of starters along with a house chard and a bottle of Produttori del Barbaresco Langhe nebbiolo--always a reasoned and satisfying choice when there's no intention of getting too serious... • In getting together with some LA and OC wine folks yesterday, I brought along this 1961 Oddero Barolo to the party that also featured a '66 Lafite, and a '66 Haut Brion, among others. I had sourced this Barolo just last week as something to throw at the pair of old 1st growth wolves, and spice things up. Sitting here this morning, I can easily c... Read More

  • I know of a number of people in the craft beer world who are purposely introducing brettanomyces into the brewing equation to see how interesting things can get. 'Wild yeast' beers are barely (not) controllable but they are rapidly becoming cult items. Case in point, this quote about a Sierra Nevada brew, taken from Good Morning America: Sierra ... Read More
