    Drank with a fish in butter. Have agreed best with sauce slightly lemony cream and / or dill.Attack still marked by the oack. The mid-palate is characteristic of the minerality terroir of Chassagne / Puligny (vs Meursault).     Nose very open. After the first impression on the barrel,the power of the fruit quickly takes over. Very generous nose with a delicate buttery smooth.
