Some of the best Rosé Wines come from the South of France. We choose them for their high quality, characteristic lightness and their pale colour. All have a refreshing taste, are low in tannin, and can be enjoyed on their own or with food. Although very popular in France many of these wines have not previously been available here. We shall also be adding Rosés from other parts of the world soon. Our Rosé Wines are usually halfway between dry and medium, and fruity rather than acidic. Good Rosé has a style not immediately comparable to White or Red Wines. An ideal summer wine, Rosé is perfect as a refreshing, light alternative throughout the year. Serve it with lunch, or as pre-dinner drink, or simply on its own indoors or out. Nicely chilled and served in good crystal glasses or simple wine tumblers, it is truly relaxing and enjoyable. – Description from AlexJelena

Totally off the subject of wine, I found an awesome bakery in Spokane and the girl there served me this thing that I thought was a kind of Parmesan cheese foam. In fact it was fermented cashew whip, which was definitely weird, but ... Read More
