The Good Wine Shop started life in December 1999 as an Independent Wine Merchant based in St Margarets, south west London. Since this time we have built a reputation locally for sourcing interesting, good value and often quirky wines from some of the worlds best small producers. Big high street brands and supermarket wines aren’t really our thing, however that doesn’t mean we only sell expensive wine. There are wines in our range for all budgets but quality is never sacrificed. – Description from Dragac

  • EMark,I could have wine shipped to my in-laws in Seattle.  I'm not looking to do that, but I was interested in the low volume.  I assumed it was a winery, not "virtual winery".  There are some wineries here that produce some really low volume editions.  Typically they'd only be available to wine-club members or at the winery only.  There's one c... • So on a whim we decided to visit British Columbia. But we flew up to Washington, so visited a few places there too. Totally off the subject of wine, I found an awesome bakery in Spokane and the girl there served me this thing that I thought was a kind of Parmesan cheese foam. In fact it was fermented cashew whip, which was definitely weird, but ... Read More
