Recommend a Wine that Naturally Taste Delicious

Posted by rm2dance, Jun 12, 2011.

Wine is an acquired taste. To enjoy it, you need to acquire a taste for it. Are there any wines that naturally taste delicious to me? If so, what are they? Requires scientific evidence that the wine naturally will taste good to any human being.

I imagine I'd personally like sweet wine, but this highest-quality "sweet" wine made me choke. I'm not aware of how civilized the community at this site is, but if you are unsure of the answer, do not respond with spam. thx

Oops, GDD, you might be 'spamming' the thread!

And yeah, rm2dance, it is a unclear where you're trying to head. Any further explanation you're able to make?

What is it to you? You haven't really discribed your tastes so how will we know what YOUR taste is?

As for the specific science it all relates to chemical compounds.

What do you want from wine?, maybe in laymens terms rather than fluffed up terms.

"Are there any wines that naturally taste delicious to me? If so, what are they?"

Do you mean us or you?

It's an odd question indeed.  I'd say, putting it simply, if a "sweet" wine made you choke, then dessert wines are not for you.  Perhaps you should try a Riesling in the Spatlese or Aulese style and see how that goes for you.  I submit that one doesn't necessarily require that "acquired wine taste" to enjoy those.  See where that takes you.

lol @ the drunks on this forum.... "wine naturally will taste good to any human being" is pefectly clear; and wine is factually acquired taste (if that wasn't already made clear). it's okay though, forget about it, not a big deal. people on other forums across the Web have 1) not responded if they aren't able to answer, or 2) attemps to solve the clearly presented problem on the OP. I'll save http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riesling in Spatlese/Aulese style in case it was needed in the future as a gift. thanks.

the replies on this particular forum was the most...hmm... socially interesting. take care and you made me laugh (in a good way :), bye~ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Rm2dance

How about that.  I always admire people who are comfortable speaking something other than their native language but I wonder why they would put up troll posts.  Bye.

Perhaps it is hard for trolls to speak English. Must be lonely for those so patently superior in emotional, sensory, aesthetic and intellectual, even if not communicative, ways to try to cope with the rest of us. Though of course easier when they don't need to take any responsibility for their failure to communicate, or to formulate whole concepts rather than lists of topics....

Hard to believe, you don't see many trolls on wine boards.
