I approved his posting, which I understand is poor English.  He's been around for a bit, following people.

Hey, maybe I should have someone write me a few essays so I can earn a PhD. or something on that order.

He joined yesterday morning and stalked, er I mean, followed a handful of people.

He's not here for wine talk.  I'm going to introduce him to the door.

Offsite links in the first post are a dead giveaway. No one should approve such avatars/potential new 'members', even if they seem to mouth something about wine (though with a little research are seen to be after something else entirely).

I wonder if there is a way for administrator to figure out at a glance wether or not a post is related to wine. I mean with thousands of posts a day it's impossible to do even "a little research".

No there is not - for instance, your post includes a link to advertise a product.  If it had been me I'd have marked you as a spammer and you'd be gone, but someone else thought you were genuinely interested in wine/site and allowed your in.

As D says: "Offsite links in the first post are a dead giveaway"

Anyone who shows up and off the bat links to a site that has nothing to do with wine isn't here to talk about wine. And the question itself, bad English aside, makes no sense.

Matthew - there are no administrators - only us.

Oh, but MNegron does think he's smart, doesn't he? Too bad GDP's not still around and we could get him to do some banning of all including Negron, too (even if MN added his link later, after someone initially approved him).

Sure there's a way, if there were actually Admins and conscientious policy makers working still at Snooth....
