Bodegas Salentein Portillo Pinot Noir Uco Valley 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

Fruit-forward aromas of fresh, ripe cherries, strawberries and blackberries enhance the nose of this elegant red. A well-balanced, youthful palate, with soft tannins leading into a long finish. Pairs perfectly with white meat, mushroom-rich dishes and risotto.

Creamy fresh cherry and candied strawberry aromas with a note of buttery brioche. Clear and clean on the palate without a ton of depth, this expresses itself in fresh fruit notes of cherry and cranberry, a touch of violets and a smoky finish.
