Casale Marchese Frascati Superiore 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

Clear. Intense straw yellow. An immediate flavour of tropical fruits, butter and bread crust, with a floral and slightly herbaceous fragrance. The wine is elegant, savory, and robust with a soft, lingering aftertaste. Generally speaking, Frascati is a wine that will not “keep” for long, and should be drunk within a year of it's harvest. However , the Casale Marchese Frascati gets richer after a little stay in the bottle ( around February and March) and is actually at it's best the following summer.
