37.2 (human body temperature in Celsius) is quite an intriguing Bordeaux inspired blend. The Merlot brings a lovely silky mouthfeel as well as its characteristic chocolate notes. The PV adds deep structure and brooding black and blue fruits. There is also espresso, pepper, and dried herbs. Substantial tannins are ripe but young giving this wine some major backbone.
