Aged in oak barrels, Frontenac is a top of the line Dry Red wine rich with current, plum and hints of black cherry finishing with warm spice and vanilla, leaving a velvety feel on the tongue. Pair with red meats, red pastas that are hearty and flavorful, and lamb. Perfect with strong cheese and Italian bread. For the perfect finish have Frontenac with a little dangerously dark chocolate.
