Coyote Moon Vineyards Pinot Noir 2011

Member Review by claparr1:

Pinot Noir is one of the world’s greatest varietals of fine Burgundy style wine. This New York State grown Pinot Noir is truly exceptional. The smoky, earthy toasted oak aroma is velvety smooth to the taste and finishes with a hint of raspberries and strawberries. Relax with a glass of this special wine’s delightful complexity with some good cheeses, from creamy styles like Havarti to aged sharps such as Provolone. It’s great with steaks, pork and cheesecake.
