Dead End No Return 2015

Member Review by zufrieden:

This wine - which, among others from Forbidden Fruit Winery - I discovered at a craft fair in Port Moody BC, is a deep, inviting red colour with a nose of ripe cherries and cedar - rich, fresh and inviting - much like a good Right Bank Bordeaux; youthful, mild tannins and a burst of red fruit such as blackberry and cherry greet the palate, but it is the freshness that impresses. Finish is quite long and satisfying. Will perhaps improve slightly over the next 2-3 years, but is nearly perfect just as it is. Great value and better than good Medoc at the same price point. Small production. 90.
