Edenvale Cabernet Sauvignon Rogue Valley 2002

Winemaker's Notes:

Silky mouthfeel with cinnamon, ripe red berry fruits, and cream. The nose highlights bing cherries and a pleasant earthiness. This unique Cabernet was specifically chosen for our barrel select club with only a 71 case production. Rogue Valley ripened and aged for 24 months in French oak. Bottled February, 2005. This wine is young and will become a tremendous wine to hold.

EdenVale Winery:
EdenVale wines are obtained from aristocratic vines, cultivated to perfection by select growers dispersed along the regions' finest vineyards. Thanks to the exposure and positioning of the vines and to the ideal microclimates, with cold winters and hot and bright summer months, the richness of this “terroir” produces the signature reputation for the Rogue wine producing region.
