Flor Prosecco NV
Member Review by zufrieden:
This is a fairly typical Valdobiadene offering with reasonable mousse (for this type of sparkler) and off-dry character common in the sidewalk cafes of Venice. Color is light jasmine tea - again typical - with small bubbles lingering in the glass. Nose is muted with candy-floss, grape phosphate and concord jelly coming to mind. Flavor on entry is similar to the nose: more cotton-candy, concord grape jelly and a whiff of toasted almond. One could drink down many a glass of this in the mid-summer heat of Venice or Mestre! Decent value and good for a mid-winter tipple or two!
