A heavily fortified medicinal nose with an aftertaste of burnt vine clippings and a heavy cloying finish, this offering is akin to Australian sherry offered by Perth vineyard Chateau Nuit St. Waga Waga.

This sherry is good, but not great. Decent for sipping, if you don't mind a cheaper wine, but very good in a cobbler.

An excellent American sherry which easily rivals the Bristol in every area except price. To my liking it is best served very cold.

This sherry is only medium sweet and has been described as an “in-between California sherry.” Best when served with soups or as an aperitif.
