Grappa Finissima Bianco Carpene Malvolti

Winemaker's Notes:

Grappa is a unique and exclusively Italian spirit, distilled from the pressings of fresh wine grapes. To ensure the ultimate quality of the final product, great care is taken in the selection of the white grapes to be used. These are sourced in the beautiful hills in the Conegliano Veneto area. The Finissima Grappa Bianca is produced in strictly limited quantities. Carpenè Malvoloti was founded in 1868 and successive generatoins of the familys master distillers have passed on their skills and techniques in order to ensure the incomparable quality and style of Finissima Grappa Bianca. Carpenè Malvolti is synonymous with distinguished and refined elegance, and is a supreme example of Italian style. Winemaking: The grapes are soft pressed, in order to yield a variety of high quality liquids. The best selections, rich in primary aromatic constituents, are then distilled in steam-heated copper pot stills. Colour: Bright and clear, colourless (like water). Taste: A very fine and persistent bouquet. The palate is dry, harmonious and delicate. Serve: Neat in tulip-shaped glasses. Its delicate nuances are best enjoyed at room temperature.

In addition to its range of fine Proseccos, Carpenè Malvolti also produces the “L’arte Spumantistica” range of sparkling wines from other grapes in a range of styles from dry to sweet whites and rosé.
