Heinz Eifel Shine Gewurztraminer Rheinhessen 2016

Editorial Review by Snooth Editorial:

Honeysuckle and wildflower aromas, aromatic and clean with sweet white peach and citrus notes. Juicy pear, apple and lemon fruit flavors with more than a hint of sweet spice, more perfumed wildflower and zesty acidity towards the finish.

Cayenne pepper, cut grass and green apple aromas. Lemon, green apple, lychee, honey, pear flavors greet the palate, continuing with tangerine and aloe. This may be a bit of an oxymoron, but for a simple wine it’s quite complex. Between the herbal green notes, warm citrus fruits and long tart finish with a hint of cream, it’s worth the experience.
