Kosta Browne Pinot Noir Russian River Valley Rosé 2004

Winemaker's Notes:

2004 is our last single vineyard bottling from the Cohn Vineyard. Rich raspberry and cherry aromas laced with creamy vanilla, white pepper and cola. On the palate, juicy raspberries, cherry and sweet spice with an elegant, deep structure. The mid palate runs deep with plum, and ripe, black cherry, finishing with lingering vanilla, cola and wild strawberries. Elegant, yet deep, this wine evolves beautifully in the glass.

We offer two appellation wines: our Sonoma Coast and Russian River. These wines are blended to represent the best of our vineyards in each specific appellation. high acid, classic SC profile, really opened after 3 hours will hold for now. but you plan on opening give it at 3 hours of air.

Incredible! A little sweeter than I expected, especially for a Pinot, but it deserves all its accolades. Tons of berry and fruit throughout.

Firm, intense and concentrated, with a strong tea-laced tannic backbone and tightly wound black cherry, wild berry and raspberry fruit. Hints of mineral, pebble, herb and sage join in on the finish. Wine Tasting NotesDeep red cherry and raspberry with hints of five spice and cola. This wine has a palate that explodes with spicy cherry, vanilla and raspberry. There is an element of five spice that starts on the mid-palate and stays throughout the long finish. Although intense, the mouth-feel has a velvety suppleness that coats and seduces the palate.
