Sattes Purpur-Granat, dicht in der Mitte, lila Schimmer aussen. Intensives, delikates Röstbouquet, Zimtnoten und Nusstöne, viel verspieltes Cassis und Veilchentöne. Geradliniger Körper mit feinen Muskeln und passender Adstringenz, tanzt zwischen modern und klassisch und hat Dank dem sehr hohen Cabernet-Anteil für lange Zeit eine Frische- und Potentialgarantie.

Chateau Bellevue:

Acquired by Vincent Mulliez in 2004, Château BELLE-VUE results from a terroir whose history merges with that of the wine of Bordeaux. Located on the commune typically “médocaine” of Macau, yesterday seat of an active shipping industry, now famous for its vineyards, this vineyard knows a true rebirth. Château BELLE-VUE enjoyed a very good reputation from the 19th century and won many awards: Gold medal in Amsterdam in 1895, as well as silver medals in Brussels (1897), Paris (1900) and Bordeaux (1907). Over the last vintages, notably since 1999, the wines of Château BELLE-VUE have been regularly distinguished with honours and medals in wine competitions and in the international press. The 10 hectare vineyard is located on a plateau with deep gravely soil (7-10 metres) adjacent to Château Giscours (Margaux AOC). The soil is naturally well drained, enabling the grapes to ripe early.
