From hand harvested grapes and vines planted in 1985 on calcareous clay soils located in a shallow valley. The vineyard’s proximity to Chassagne-Montrachet lends elegance and weight to this wine. Flavors of citrus and sparkling minerality carry through to the finish. If you’re patient enough to let this age 4 -5 years, this is a perfect wine for an exceptional roast pastured chicken.
