William Larue Weller Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey 12yearold

Member Review by Richard Foxall:

Long time Weller fan, but the Buffalo Trace purchase meant that the Pappy Van Winkle bottlings got the best product. This tastes a bit like those vanilla caramels, the ones that are swirled light brown and white. Nothing overly complex here. Decent, but not a match for either the 107 Antiques of old or certainly the Centennial--best bourbon ever when it was made in Louisville.
