One of the winery's main distinctive feature is its location on the hillside of a plateau, allowing for a natural blend with natural landscape. This location is reflected in the winery's vertical design, with 5 levels that rise to a total height of 22 meters, allowing for another characteristic of the building: the use of gravity in the winemaking process due to the resulting slope. This gravitational system, employed in the transportation of the raw material (the grape) and the end product (the wine), grants Familia Schroeder's vinification process with an important comparative advantage, offering optimal conditions for handling of these products with minimum usage of pumps. The high final quality is a result of both this modern technology and the committed work of the winery's staff. – Description from JelaDragoljevic

It'll no doubt be a story line I plan on focusing on in years to come so I thought I'd start a thread, logging experiences. Sorry in advance, Greg T.Having said that, I've been mostly dis... In the mouth its light and sweet with tropical hints of mangosteen and rambutan pleasingly different from any Mendoza wine. (AV 87, Read More
