Binny's 5/2016. Why oh why, did I give the second bottle of this sparkler to the neighbors as a Thanksgiving gift? Going for more Limoux sparklers on my next wine buying trip. Just very very tasty. A Blanquette de Limoux, which I bought thinking was Chardonnay but actually is mostly made from a local varietal called Mauzac. Very appley up front, green apple, closer to Extra Dry than Brut, finishes nice, freshly baked bread, like Champagne. A good bubbly from a nice region with interesting history. Read More

I am looking for a Saint-Hilaire red that I found at Target! It was called "Luscious Red" and had a whimsical label w/a pair of lips on it? It was wonderful-- balanced blend of fruit with a hint of vanilla & velvety on the tongue. Rich red color and good legs! Haven't been able to find it again anywhere.
